The Exhibition

Option 1. Exhibitor (full)

• One Exhibitor pass (additional exhibitors must register as delegates)
• A 3m x 2m space-only allocation with a maximum height of 3m. N.B. THERE IS NO SHELL SCHEME. Please note that Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls.
• A table, two chairs and access to a power socket
• Wifi access
• Delegate pack
• Access to all conference sessions, lunch and refreshments
• A listing (Company profile with logo) in the ‘Exhibitor Guide’, which forms part of the Delegate Pack
• To book your space, please register as an EXHIBITOR (via the REGISTRATION tab)

Option 2. Banner Exhibitor (single banner space)

• Space for a single banner only (max 1m wide x 2m high) in the conference room
• Must be purchased as part of your Delegate/Speaker registration (see prices)
• To book your space, please register as a Delegate or Speaker (via the REGISTRATION tab) and select the category “with single exhibition banner space”

• BHA Sponsoring member: £529
• BHA Principal Company Member: £559
• BHA Company Member: £599
• All other BHA Member levels: £649
• Non-Members: £859

• No food and drink should be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
• Build-up can only be from 4.00pm Wednesday 3rd June and 07:30am to 08:30am on Thursday 4th June. Breakdown from 16:00hrs to 19:00hrs on Thursday 4th June.
• Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls or other fixtures and fittings.
• All Exhibitors must provide a completed risk assessment for their exhibition equipment upon request.
• All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate. Proof of combined inspection and electrical test may be required. (Option 1 only). If you are visiting from overseas, please remember to bring a suitable adaptor for UK 3-pin electrical sockets. 
• There is ample parking and access at the venue.
• Deliveries will only be accepted (and held at your own risk) from Monday 1st June during normal office hours. Please label deliveries clearly with your Company name and send to The BHA Summer Conference (4th June), Colwick Hall Hotel, Colwick Park, Racecourse Road, Nottingham NG2 4BH (tel: 0115 950 0566)). Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection.
• Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and/or equipment belonging to the venue.
• Whilst on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither Colwick Hall Hotel nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance of or injury to anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor or any contractor under exhibitor employment is obliged to take out adequate insurance at their own cost against third party risks before the start of the exhibition.
